All Bags Sealed with bar code security tape

For your safety and convenience, all bags are processed with bar code tape to ensure no tampering can occur while you are enjoying the local sights. You are free to return to the store for items you may wish to retrieve at any time during the time we are in possession of your bags. There will be no extra charge for accessing your bag during its storage with us.

Insurance against theft, damage or loss up to 200 Euros is automatic upon dropping off your baggage with us.

Bulky item storage and delivery

We can deliver almost anything anywhere you request. All prices are based on size, weight and delivery distance. We use a simple formula to give you a solid offer on delivery upon request. Delivery times are scheduled after mutual consent.

Personal and customized pick-up and delivery times after operating hours

We have friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff on hand to answer questions and respond to your needs. Airport arrival times ahead of departure can be at odd hours, we understand these issues and have staff on hand to help you arrange your schedule accordingly.

Bag Wrapping

Security and safety are two important factors in international travel these days, and that is why so many people choose to protect their baggage with tough, tamper-proof, bag wrap. It's a simple process of encasing your luggage in durable, recyclable plastic, which takes moments for our staff to apply. No heat is used so any baggage can be wrapped, and this additional layer of protection and security deters opportunistic thieves, ensures that nobody can access your belongings without your knowledge, prevents over-filled bags from bursting open, secures loose items and minimises the chance of damage in transit.

Bag Weighing, free of charge

During check in, if your bags are over the weight limit for your flight, you will have to pay additional charges. Our bag weight machines can be used before you check in to ensure you are aware of your options.

Boarding Pass Printing, free of charge

Print your boarding pass with us prior to departing for the airport free of charge.

Portable Charging available, free of charge

We have portable chargers of various brands and sizes available use while your bags are with us. If you want to charge on the go, a powerbank can be loaned for your convenience (based on a first come, first served basis) when available.
